What Sets Me Apart:

There I was, standing by my mom's hospital bed at the Mayo realizing that she wouldn't be leaving anytime soon. We had just electronically signed a lease together and the office needed her to come in to wet sign a few forms to finish up. Thank goodness for mobile notaries. Not wanting to impose on anyone, I called the notaries closest to the Mayo.

I was met with a gruff, "Hello," as if I just woke someone from a nap.

"Uhhh, Hi. I am calling for **** Notary Services. Am I calling the right number?" I responded. It wasn't a great start. Call after call yielded the same strange greetings. Where were the professionals? Why was I being quoted the upwards of $100 for 1 signature by these notaries that were 5-10 minutes away? A fist squeezed my heart as time was being taken away from my mom while I was speaking with these, frankly rude, individuals.

I felt great relief when I called the notary with top reviews on Google. I had no idea where he was coming from, and I knew it was further than the other notaries, but I gave it a chance. He was personable, fairly priced, and very respectful. He came in and spent 15 minutes with us while we completed the notarization.

Just like that, the stress was gone and paperwork was off my mind. I was able to spend time doing what was truly important to me - spending time with family.
